If someone had told me years ago that one simple conversation would change the course of my life, I probably wouldn't have believed them. One day my then-girlfriend tasted a meal I'd prepared and looked at me with complete confidence. She said, "You have to share this with the world." Those words sparked something in me. I didn't go to culinary school. I started at the bottom, working every station, determined to earn every opportunity. Two years later, I became a sous chef. Eventually, I achieved my dream of becoming an executive chef. Over the past 10 years, I've been blessed to cater more than 250 events, create unforgettable private dining experiences, build my own culinary company, and help open seven restaurants as a consultant. But the truth is, my greatest passion has never been about titles or numbers. It's about people. I've seen families gather around a table to celebrate, I've watched complete strangers become friends over a meal. Those moments remind me that food is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together. My vision goes far beyond the kitchen. I dream of building programs that teach culinary skills to young people who need someone to believe in them. to provide job training, help families facing food insecurity, and serve individuals experiencing homelessness with meals prepared with dignity and compassion.
